5Rhythms Chakra Journey

Energy… where is it flowing easily in your life? Where does it feel stuck or too intense?

Energy naturally seeks equilibrium and harmony. Challenges arise when we impose our ideas on how it ‘should’ move.  The ancient chakra system holds essential keys to finding this balance and fostering healthier relationships with ourselves, others and the world.

Exploring the chakras via the healing, moving meditation map of the 5Rhythms®, we embark on a delicious journey of embodying these vital questions:

  • Do I feel grounded and supported?
  • What’s my relationship to pleasure and nourishment?
  •  Do I feel empowered?
  • What is my heart saying?
  • Where is creativity manifesting in my life?
  • Do I trust my intuition? How does spirit connect to my life?

Restore and revitalize yourself on this 5 -day movement adventure at Inanitah exploring how energy works within and without. Open to all levels of experience and abilities.

” In my experience, if you put your psyche in motion it will heal itself.
Movement is the medicine.
Each of us has the power and responsibility to heal ourselves,
to be our own medicine man or woman.”
~ Gabrielle Roth, Founder of the 5Rhythms

A 5RTA certified teacher of the 5Rhythms, she combines her knowledge of 5Rhythms, theater, meditation and emotional release to create a safe and creative space for participants to let go and utterly embrace their whole selves through movement.

“Healing years of being at war with food and my body as a young actress, my path first lead me to live in the Osho ashram in Puna, India for 6 years; I first encountered moving meditation here. We danced, laughed, catharted and loved our way into silence. So when I met Gabrielle Roth and her practice, it felt like “home.”

Releasing years of self-judgment and abiding in the peace of utter self-acceptance is the personal edge I dance. To celebrate this life, to be free, to live our juiciness and silence, to disappear in the dance… it is my prayer for myself and all beings.”
