Here are some images of the food we’re growing and processing. There are perennial salad and cooking greens, papayas, bananas, chili peppers, okra, air potatoes, varieties of beans, squash and corn along with herbs and medicinal plants, a large variety newly planted fruit trees, food along with food for the butterflies and grass for natural roofing. And, we’ve just started beds of hearty leafy asian greens. We’re sprouting mung, corn, and chilla seeds and making fresh cheeses, yogurt and from the neighbor’s grass fed cows. We’re also having fun with creative recipe development. Next on the list, ricotta filled chocolate tamales. Yum!
