Farm to Table Cooking Course with Mayela

Mayela photoInanItah wants to see Mayela shine, to take her space and share her wisdom!

Mayela grew up with a farm to table approach to cooking and has over 20 years cooking with predominantly local, seasonally available foods. She has spent the past six years supporting InanItah’s vision for a local whole foods, farm to table kitchen, by integrating the skills of her own campesino roots with the wisdom and the recipes of 100s of international InanItah visitors and volunteers.
