Fresh Living Detox

Begin the New Year by purifying yourself in mind, body and spirit. This is an opportunity to cleanse the body of built up toxins, liberate stuck energies and give yourself the gift of generating vitality for a new cycle.

This detoxification process will consist of daily salt-water intestinal cleanses, citrus and sesame oil liver cleanses, yoga asana, purifying teas, optional noni drinks, mineral rich organic vegetable broths, dynamic meditations, breath-work, silent meditation and reflection, along with connecting and sharing.

  • Intestinal cleanses releases blockages and soften the colon to encourage increased vitamin and mineral absorption resulting in increased energy.
  • Liver cleanses purge fats, old cholesterol deposits, gallstones, poisons, drug residues, and other toxic wastes from the system. Detoxifying the liver improves metabolism as well hormonal and cardiovascular health, bringing about a bright glow and healthy skin.
  • Green drinks and broths replenish the body, support the fasting process and provide minerals without taxing the digestive system.
  • Active meditations and breathwork release longheld emotional and past hurts and enable us to live in the present moment rather than respond to toxic conditioning of the past.
  • Silent meditation and reflection clear the clutter of the mind and increase the rest and digest response in the body, reduce stress and anxiety and lead to improved concentration.
  • Connecting and sharing enable us to move through the detoxification process feeling supported, with an open heart and compassion for ourselves.

Massage therapists will be available for individual sessions in Swedish, Thai and deep tissue massage as well as Shiatsu.
