Communal Kitchen

We share local and organic farm to table foods. The vast majority of our food is either grown on the InanItah farm, or sourced from local farmers within a few kilometers of our location.

The community works together to prepare two to three communal meals daily and the kitchen is available for your use in between meal times. You can generally count on local whole grains and fresh fruits as well as homegrown organic vegetables. The kitchen is primarily vegetarian. We have free-range eggs and  prepare fresh milk products like yogurt and ricotta cheese. Processed and packaged foods are not used in our communal meals and are discouraged onsite.

Many substances including sugar, coffee, tobacco and alcohol alter our consciousness and can potentially lead to addictive patterns. At InanItah we choose to use these substances with awareness and on a limited basis.
