The 5 Rhythms®, developed by Gabrielle Roth is a healing dance and movement meditation practice that brings us into wholeness, balance, and a quality of alive presence.
The 5Rhythms® map is a medicine wheel that invites us to explore, nurture and grow our bodies, minds and spirits on the dance floor and in our daily lives.
“If you put the psyche in motion it will heal itself…Movement is the medicine. ~ Gabrielle Roth
Join us for Natural Mystic, a 5Rhythms® journey through the Waves level map of the 5Rhythms®, embodying the basic elements that make up our life force energy: Earth, Air, Fire, Water & Ether.
By embodying the qualities and the rhythms of each of these elements through movement, we receive valuable cellular information about how energy works within us, how it interacts with others, and connects us with the world arounds us.
Imagine being held by dancing on the earth, around the fire, in the water, with the wind and landing in the etheric realms of magic. Our Natural Mystic journey supported by the surroundings of InanItah and the the magical Ometepe island, where we will be held on rich fertile ground, nestled between fire and water volcanoes, kissed by the breezy caribbean trade winds and surrounded by the etheric beauty of this magical island, known to locals as the “Oasis of Peace”.

“Healing years of being at war with food and my body as a young actress, my path first lead me to live in the Osho ashram in Puna, India for 6 years; I first encountered moving meditation here. We danced, laughed, catharted and loved our way into silence. So when I met Gabrielle Roth and her practice, it felt like “home.”
Releasing years of self-judgment and abiding in the peace of utter self-acceptance is the personal edge I dance. To celebrate this life, to be free, to live our juiciness and silence, to disappear in the dance… it is my prayer for myself and all beings.”
