Jungleyoga Teacher Training

Inanitah is thrilled to begin the 2012-13 season by offering a 200-Hour Jungleyoga Teacher Training. Randall O’Leary, founder or Jungleyoga Ashram, is a genuine yogi who understands how to bring fun into a deeply connected holistic approach to yoga. After leading teacher trainings for years in Thailand, Randall is bringing Jungleyoga to Central America for the first time.

Gaia and Paul, founders of InanItah, met Randall years ago on the beaches of Thailand and traveled with him through India, and have been deeply inspired by his work. In Gaia’s words, “Randall is the only person I would want to present a yoga teacher training here. Randall unites deep yoga philosophy and a humorous spirit with absolute integrity. I truly respect the way that he holds yoga as an art, a science and a solid, playful way of living and growing. Randall is a truly Tantric yogi.”

The Jungleyoga Teacher training is a unique yoga teacher training opportunity that offers participants the experience of conscious community living while emphasizing personal growth. The Jungleyoga Teacher Training will include:

  • Asana practice
  • Alignment & anatomy
  • Breath & Swara cycles
  • Bandhas and Chakras
